Garrison Conley2023-09-09First time here and we absolutely loved it! We started off with a dozen raw oysters(which were a little pricey) and they were delicious! I got the Classic Chaufa and my wife got the Lomito Saltado and they were amazing! We will definitely be coming back to try more of the dishes.Ashley Whitney2023-07-28From atmosphere to service to food - SOCO has it mastered! Everything was absolutely fantastic. Save room for dessert - the picarones alone are worth a visit! Ana was a wonderful server! Highly highly recommend trying SOCO!Doug McNutt2023-07-05Extremely flavorful upscale dining. Probably one of the best upscale dining experiences in Gainesville and definitely one of the most exotic and flavorful. Try the Super Leche De Tigre if you like ceviche. The classic seafood Chaufa stole the show. Yuka Frite fries were great and oysters were the best and freshest I have had in town (full oyster bar). It is pricey but worth it, try different things slowly or go with someone who knows Peruvian food. Be blessed.Jessica Barnard2023-06-26Came on the recommendation of a Peruvian friend. Delicious! Tried out three dishes (ate the oysters before I could take a photo. Got half with leche de Tigre). Other two dishes were arroz norteño (mussels with cilantro sauce/ rice) and picaron (sort of pumpkin doughnut with fig based sauce). Will definitely be coming back for Happy Hour.Luke Waller2023-06-18Got back from Peru a a few months ago. Going here felt like I went back. For appetizers try the king of ceviche, and I got lomito saltado which is a Peruvian dish with Asian and African influences. My family liked the beef anticucho, tequenos, and classic chaufa. We did not get drinks but a classic Peruvian drink was the Pisco sour. I will be back!
